Testing in schools is the only way that a student's grasp of the information presented can be ascertained. The word "test" itself may generate anxiety in students. New York State requires mandated testing in grades 3 through 12. Among the pages in this section, schedules of state testing can be accessed. If you have any questions regarding any of the tests required by your student's grade level, please contact your child's building principal or guidance counselor.
